An accessible and inclusive stay for our guests
Inclusive Hotel
To ensure a fully positive dimension of the hotel stay. This is the goal of Inclusive Hotels, an initiative dedicated to the guests with autism spectrum disorders, children and adults, and their families and caregivers.
Inclusive Hotel is the brainchild of Best Western hoteliers and is being developed with the scientific support of the L’abilità Onlus.
Our Hotel participates in this project: to better welcome guests, our staff supported a training course given by experts from The Ability Onlus. We selected ideal rooms, analyzed common spaces and prepared a Hotel Guide to be consulted in advance to learn about the facility and get directions for more comfortable use of the rooms.
The Hotel Guide contains all the guidance needed to prepare for the hotel stay of people with autism spectrum disorder and can be downloaded on this page.
